My name is Berta. I’m unquestionably a creative at heart. In fact I went to school for Interior Architecture, love to paint, and if I want to decorate, it usually includes some sort of DIY. I also homeschool my two kiddos as well as take them with me hiking and scouting for any new session locations.

I’ve been interested in photography since I was a little girl with a disposable camera, but it wasn’t until I had kids myself that my love for photography started to flourish. My husband recognized this and suggested I get myself a camera in addition to taking some courses and workshops. I immediately did and never looked back!

I love what I do because I get to tell other people’s stories through photographs and film, not to mention give families such priceless gifts to hold onto. The heartfelt, intimate, tender, and wild – whether it’s the wildly in love or wild & free kids – moments are truly a treasure I, without a doubt, love giving in my galleries.
