I am a super lucky and happy mummy to one incredible boy and two fur babies 🐾 and I am lucky enough to live by the beach in beautiful pembrokeshire, UK.

5 years ago I had completely lost myself and was seriously unhappy mentally, physically and even financially, I was even finding it hard to socialise. I didn't know who I was anymore and it was scary, it felt like I had lost control and was close to a breakdown. It wasn't easy but i decided i needed to make changes in life, I had to take back control and be the person deep down I knew I could be and be happy. I am happier and healthier than ever and stronger mentally and physically and truly appreciate and love life and am so grateful I now have the energy to run around with my boys.

I now help incredible ladies take charge of their lives to become confident, healthy, and positive while earning and most importantly regain themselves and be happy in life and have freedom of time.

We all deserve the best life.
