I’m just your average 20-something suburban gal living the average American life, here to share it with you. I’m an elementary teacher, so I get to share my passion for reading with my students. Along with being a teacher and being, well, average, I have a ton of student loans and all.the.debt to go with it, so my other passion is affordable fashion. I’m always asked about where I get things or how I’m able to shop and get everything for such a good price, so this blog is my way of sharing all the tips and tricks and sales with all of you...because everybody needs a little retail therapy, but you shouldn’t have to break the bank to do it!

My life isn’t exceptionally exciting, but my hope is that by sharing it, more people realize that there’s no need to keep up with the Joneses and it’s *okay* to be average. Thanks for coming along for the ride with me!
