Doula services
Birth Doula
• One cost-free, no obligation initial interview by phone or FaceTime
• 2 prenatal visits done in your home
• Ongoing holistic pregnancy counseling and resources
• Text/phone/email support throughout our time together
• On-call 24/7 for you at the beginning of 38 weeks until birth
• Access to book lending library & TENS unit rental
• Full labor support and up to 2 hours after your baby has been born
• One postpartum visit within the first two weeks of baby’s arrival

Postpartum Doula
• Focus on restorative and compassionate support for the family
• Book lending library
• Chestfeeding or bottle feeding support
• Offer evidence-based information on emotional and physical recovery from pregnancy and birth, infant soothing techniques, and coping skills for new parents
• Assist with newborn care, errand running, meal preparation, and light household tasks to facilitate rest
Additional offerings:
• Belly binding to support uterus, organs, and muscles
• Herbal infusions containing vitamins and minerals to increase milk flow, improve digestion & enhance the immune system
• Vaginal steam to help the uterus return to normal size
• Sitz bath to promote healing of pelvic floor
Overnight Doula
• 6-8 hour shifts
• Book lending library
• Chest/breastfeeding and bottle feeding support
• Offer evidence-based information on breastfeeding, newborn soothing techniques, and typical newborn behaviors
• Meet all of your little one’s needs during those night wakings, including burping, diaper changes, and soothing back to sleep
Placenta Encapsulation
• Pick up of your placenta within 24 hours postpartum
• Raw or Traditional Method Placenta Encapsulation
• Umbilical Cord Keepsake
• Placenta print
• Glass storage container
• Written instructions for storage and handling
• Guidelines for taking your capsules
• Delivery of your completed capsules within 72 hours postpartum
