I am in the process of starting a movement in my community where we celebrate and uplift black girl and our culture. In a constantly gentrifying world, I see girls of my skin color losing touch with their roots and who they can become. Highschool is all about building kids to become adults in the world and I want to create an environment where we can be ourselves and have fun and learn about ourselves because we are amazing. we are black girl magic.
