Apps needed: meitu videostar capcut ! First go to meitu and then go to video editing the tap on the video/image and scroll till u find image quality repair then tap on that and wait for it to complete then do it again! Then go onto videostar then go to transform section and scroll down till u find sharpen then make the settings of it intestity=13 coarseness=74 and the last step is to go onto capcut then put the sharpen to 100 and done there is the quality tut! If this doesn’t work then do the meitu step one more time
