For those of you who are new to Blissy Soul, a special welcome to you. Blissy Soul is safe place that I created to initially share the highlights of my life. Things that made my soul feel BLISS. Eventually I starting using my platform to share my health and wellness journey, along with tidbits of my everyday life that I felt were fun but also inspiring! I wanted to share my positive energy and affirmations with everyone in hopes that I could help or touch even ONE person and inspire them not give up and to keep going.

My journey has not been an easy one. It’s been a roller coaster to say the least. But I can tell you that if you’ve ever felt like you were not living and simply existing. I’ve been there! If you have ever felt alone and scared. I’ve been there. If you have ever been sick and tired of being sick and tired I’ve been there. If you’ve ever ever felt stuck and hopeless I’ve been there. If you’ve ever felt like you had nothing to offer the world I’ve even there. If you have ever felt like you were wasting your potential but weren’t brave enough to speak up. I’ve been there. If you have ever been overweight, sick, tired with no energy and living pay check to pay check. I’ve been there. You’re NOT ALONE. We all fall down, make mistakes but what truly matters is how we pick ourselves back up and learn from them, to better ourselves

Again I’m so happy you found my page and that you are here. I’d love to get to know you. A little about me, I’m an empath, lover, momma and friend. I have three children who are the loves of my life. Chloe, Hailey and Jake. They have been my biggest teachers, supporters and best friends for more than half of my life. They have helped me grow and develop into my very BEST self! I’m the oldest of 8 children and have always been a caretaker and nurturer by heart.

My hobbies and passions include:
thrifting, shopping, hiking, working out, drinking coffee, tea and being in nature.

The Ocean is where I feel at home and peace at. It’s my safe haven! I equally love the desert and the mountains call my name also. Just depends on what I’m feeling.

I strongly encourage and promote SELF LOVE for HEALING your mind body and SOUL. I have overcome so many obstacles and challenges in my life and I now use my experience now to help encourage, motivate and inspire you to dig deep into your SOUL to help you overcome yours.

I offer personal one on one MINDSET, SELF LOVE & EMPOWERMENT COACHING, if it’s something you may want to explore, need or would like to try. I got my life coach certification back in 2019 so that I could help out those who are in need of a little guidance like I once needed. I’m passionate about change and helping others. The tools that I’ve learned and used to get me through my hurdles in life are simple but efficient and effective. They not only helped heal me internally but helped TRANSFORM ME and my life, jobs, and career in every way possible!

If you are ready to let go of the past, your mistakes and self-sabotaging beliefs & habits that were developed by living in fear, survival mode and constant reliving of the past. I teach you how to let go and stop letting your limiting, self sabotaging beliefs stand in YOUR WAY! You are not what happened to you!
