My name is Ella and I am the founder of Blossom - Helping you grow.

What do I do?
I am a Social Media Marketing
Manager (SMMM) help restaurants and cafes in my area to gain more social followings and more restaurant bookings.

How do I do this?
I help create and promote content for restaurants and cafes. This can be by: creating reels, stories, posts, generating captions, copywriting, a monthly newsletter, hashtag creation, replying to comments, messages and engaging with clients on the various social media platforms.

I work with a variety of businesses within the food industry from fine dining to local cafes. I am flexible and can help to suit you and your business needs. The customer is always at the heart of everything I do.

As well as this I have worked alongside some of the best professional food photographers in the business and magazine editors in the food journalism industry.

I chose my niche for the food industry because I am such a foodie and feel I have extensive knowledge within the hospitality and catering industry.

I have always had a passion for food from an early age. As well as this, I hold a qualification in Photography so I love to showcase my photography skills and enjoy doing something I love and am passionate about. Not only this, but it allows me to expose my creative side.
