HOW TO ORDER:

1. Browse available items for pre-order in our IG or FB account.
2. Go to order form for the ongoing batch. TIP: Ongoing batch is in our IG profile including the deadline of full payment for that batch.
3. Read and understand the T&C and only proceed if you agree to everything.
4. Choose which K-Pop group and category you want to order.
5. Complete the form and submit.
6. Open the confirmation email. This has your invoice number, payment instructions, link to the payment details and link for the Proof of Payment Form.
7. Make sure you submit your proof of payment through the Proof of Payment form. We only use this form when checking and confirming payments made. Failing to submit here might result to unrecorded payments.

HOW TO USE KR ADDRESS RENTAL:
1. Read and understand our Terms and Conditions for using KR address rental and only proceed if you agree to it.
2. Fill out the KR address rental form.
3. Check the confirmation email with payment details and instructions.
4. Settle your payment and submit Proof of Payment Form - KR Address Rental.
5. Wait for the Payment Receipt confirmation which will include our KR address details.
6. Follow the instructions and input the shipping details in Weverse Shop then check out your order.
7. Monitor and fill out the Tracking Declaration Form as soon as your order has been shipped out by Weverse Shop.
8. Wait for your package to arrive within 4-6 weeks.
