I am a passionate personal trainer, specializing in weight loss resistance and gut health.
I have been a personal trainer for 12 years, and teaching group fitness classes for 14. Fitness is my absolute zen place but helping others feel like warriors and confident in their own bodies is my ultimate passion.
I help people resolve their gut issues, that in turn resolve so much more like their sleep, daily energy, memory, focus, mood, and WEIGHT LOSS!
We are so programmed to stick a bandaid on our problems instead of getting to the root of them and solving the issue for longevity. Through gut health we can break the weight loss plateau and balance our bodies back to its normal happiness.
