# Can Avail Benefit if,

1. Different size received.
2. Different colour received.
3. Big defect or hole caused due to transit.

# Cannot Avail Benefit if,

1. Minor thread kink or cut.
- As it comes direct from manufacturing unit, it may be present.
2. Minor colour variations.
- Will be there due to camera resolution and lighting.
3. Cut caused due to unboxing using sharp object.
- Avoid sharp object, use hand to tear open the parcel.
4. Same size received but not fitting.
- Use proper measuring tape to check size beforehand.
5. Did not like the product.

Note:
1. Courier charges are non-refundable.
2. One side courier charges are bare by customer.
3. If parcel not collected and returned back, no refund in such case. Have to pay for shipping charges to ship again.
