Hey! I’m Kat and I hype books! 

I help avid and reluctant readers find representation in their next favorite book using theatrics, fashion, cosplay, and book spotlights on social media by way of The Bay Area in California. I gravitate towards diverse books written by POC staring brown and Black protagonists across the African diaspora! My primary genres include nonfiction and fictional contemporary, race relations, social justice, magical realism, fantasy, Black Joy, romance, and speculative fiction. 

I graduated, class of 2021, Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Library Science and currently pursuing my MLIS at SJSU. 

I aim to promote reading as a way of life for the rest of my life!
