BRAG is a nonprofit organization that prepares and educates professionals, entrepreneurs, and students of color for executive leadership in retail, fashion, and related industries.

In 1970, BRAG was started because the founders felt like even though they were college educated and had a great skill set, they weren’t being recognized to be leaders and executives of companies.

BRAG was created to create an equal playing field for those who want to be in the industry.
