• If you need a different color please book 3 DAYS before the date of your appointment.

• Please send a picture of your hair in its natural state to the number that is provided

• $50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Which goes to your balance if you decide to cancel you will not receive your deposit back. Understand that if your deposit isn’t received within 3 hours your appointment will be canceled

• If you will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment there is a $50 fee that is due. If you fail to follow this rule, you will never be able to book with us again.

• Your remaining balance MUST be paid in cash and you have to pay before you are serviced.

• The card you put on file is for “No-Call No Show” purposes ONLY and you will be charged $50 Please Note: You must add card on file for your appointment to be approved

•The only time deposits are refunded is when I am at FAULT

• If you are longer than 15 minutes your appointments will be canceled.
