CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:
Life happens and sometimes we just need to cancel or reschedule
I kindly request that you provide a minimum notice ofย 48 hours for any rescheduling and cancellation requests
With 48 hour notice provided, your previously paid deposit will be transferred to a new date if you wish to reschedule the appointment. Cancellations will forfeit any deposits paid.

Same day cancellations: A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook your appointment.
No shows are not tolerated and will not be rebooked.
All deposits and services are not refundable.
In the rare event that Brandi is sick or has to cancel our upcoming session you will be able to transfer your deposit and reschedule to a new date. You will be provided a text and/or email notice.
SICK/COVID POLICY:
Masks are currently not required but you may still choose to wear one.
If you arrive physically ill with any flu/virus symtoms regardless of Covid you will be asked to leave & reschedule. I appreciate your understanding!
PAYMENT POLICY:
All payments are due on the same day the services are performed. No exceptions.
