Hey guys it’s James and I’m here to try and help anyone I can break free from the habits in this life that keep us down. So hold on tight cause I’m amazing myself I’ve learned so much.

Quitting is hard work, but anyone can do it.

I was up to 355 pounds and had to quit a lot oh habits.

I now weigh less than 200 and I feel better than I did 10 years ago.

Fixing our focus

Be positive, live positive , think positive

There’s so many ways someone can be negative, and if your like me, you would know, this brings negative things in someone’s life. The same thing works with positive people, they will see life change dramatically.

What someone focuses on for a majority of the day can and will effect their whole day.. this is something I still struggle with at times, but I struggle way less often. The first step is to pray and meditate on positive things.
