A little bit about how and why I got started…

I made the switch because I was sick of the same old same old. I didn’t like what I saw when I looked in the mirror, my clothes didn’t fit right, I didn’t have the energy to enjoy my time with my boys and I desperately needed a change. You know the saying “nothing changes if nothing changes”? I decided enough was enough and it was time to make myself a priority too.

As a single mom who was struggling to make ends meet I was hesitant but knew that if I didn’t do something it was just going to get worse. So I took that chance on myself and haven’t looked back.

I feel like an entirely different person than I did at the beginning of this journey. Not only have the products been life changing but the support that I have received and friends I have made make this journey that much better!

Bonus: not only do I love myself now, I get to help other people love themselves too!
