𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗼:
Are sick of the impact that their negative self-talk is having on their lives. They find themselves constantly running a negative story about themselves in their head. They overthink small situations and beat themselves up for what they did or didn’t do. They have low self-worth and self-image and feel somehow “less” than others. They find day-to-day stresses very challenging because of the inner critic mental habit pattern they have.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀:
Ultimately that women will have a better relationship with themselves. They will be less critical of themselves, they will have improved self-image and self-worth. They will become able to deal with the ups and downs of life in a calmer way because their inner critic will no longer be in the driving seat. They will be kinder to themselves and be ok with making mistakes. They will start to make it a priority to take care of themselves and generally have more headspace. They will have a toolkit of self-care and stress management techniques as well as a practical morning routine that sets them up for the day.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲:
Releasing things from the past that are holding you back. Releasing limiting beliefs and old patterns that no longer serve you. Improving the relationship with yourself and managing your inner critic. Becoming more mindful to live in the present. Reducing and managing stress. The importance of self-love and the practical piece around this. Making self-care a priority and creating a realistic morning routine.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲:
I believe that we can lose so much life-force energy to the inner-critic negative thought patterns so in improving our self-talk and self-care, we will create a lot more headspace and inner calm. I believe that the previous self-care habits you’ve tried to implement have all felt like another “chore” on your to-do list. They ended up making you feel stressed and like another thing you’re “failing" at. I believe the reason for this is because the foundations for self-care is actually you valuing yourself enough to make the time to take care of yourself. The way forward is to work on your relationship with yourself and seeing yourself as an important person in the family who deserves time and care and then you will become the person who takes care of themselves. My work is at a deep level where we get to the root cause of you not taking care of yourself and at that level, we heal old habit patterns and integrate new more caring habit patterns in how you relate to yourself.
This is a small group programme which will take place on 3 Sundays from 12pm-2.30pm. Dates, May 8th , 15th, 22nd

Teaching Style: A combination of teaching with experiential learning and practical exercises. Each workshop combines learning, reflecting, practical exercises, discussion about how to implement the practicalities of what you’ve learned.
Engaging teaching: Brid is an experienced facilitator and coach, she is warm, caring and very real.
High Quality: The learning and lessons pull together the latest information and coaching techniques in the subject area of self-care and transformation.
Optional Sharing: you will only share and speak in the group if you would like to
Weekly Homework: You will have practical actions to take between sessions in order to to integrate the learning into your life
Support between sessions- you have support via a private Facebook group where there will be daily interaction and support, interactions with the other programme participants. You can ask questions in the group, share learnings along the way and feel supported with like-minded people. Brid will run live Q&A sessions in the group and she will also share useful resources, videos or articles in the group and recordings of the Sunday zoom workshops will be stored here.
