My Tea tree oil journey

I started using tea tree oil back in December 18, before that i read some of the reviews, recommendations and remedies people used to clear their skin well some of them seem like they already had clear skin to begin with while others really delivered their testimonies with proof!...so my search for the oil begun and I came across some accounts selling body shop tea tree oil, abit pricey! But understandable and the reviews seem promising to those who’ve used it. To be honest though, I’m not one to go overboard when trying something new especially not knowing if it might bring some side effects or something. And then i got to try out the hermani & SAC brands from Pakistan Pure Tea tree oil. I remember being in Moshi when trying it out I thought it’s the perfect place to see if there’ll be changes or not since my skin tends to break & lips chapped when I’m in a cold zone. I used it every morning and night but guess what?! Nothing changed. Why? Because i had no idea pure tea tree oil shouldn’t be used direct on your face without being diluted with a carrier oil🤷🏾‍♀️ it could cause more harm than help. Thanks to Google and Pinterest I decided to give it another try while back in Dar and diluted this time. I mixed a few drops with coconut oil and used it every night and only a few mornings, this time around i saw the changes not like i have really bad acne on my face but i do get those 1,2,3 zits every once in a while and they leave scars(which i hate but who doesn’t?!) Tea tree oil cleared my acne just a few days after one pops up. No, it doesn’t not prevent acne there’s a lot of reasons why we get them and everyone has their own individual reasons however its very effective with treating acne and the best I’ve ever used!
Still trying it on my hair to get rid of the dandruff, stimulate hair growth and most importantly to stop hair breakage. I’ll keep y’all posted when I’ve achieved any of the results I’m seeking!
Long story short, I have been using tea tree oil long before i chose to add it to my side hustle list of things to sell and Its proved to be of help to me and eventually to others too! and it’s very cost friendly for anyone on a skincare budget.
