Hey there! I’m Brittney - a mom of (almost!) three who is passionate about making health accessible and achievable.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches to health and wellness. I believe in fueling ourselves with food that makes us feel good and participating in movement that brings us joy and a sense of accomplishment.

I’m not your typical health coach. With my nutritionally agnostic approach, you won’t find any restrictive fad-diets, but you will find an advocate for autonomy who supports you in making educated decisions for yourself.
