I am 36 year old wife and mother of two teenagers (boy and girl) who loves all animals. We have 5 dogs, 2 cats and leopard gecko.

I was diagnosed as an adult with ADHD which also means I have a lot of interest such as make up, crafting, running a small shop, fitness (as well as eating clean) and the list goes on.

I suffer from stage 4 endometriosis and have had 4 surgeries for that alone. I also struggle with anxiety and depression, but am trying to make the best of it.

Because of my late diagnosis of ADHD I have become an accidental advocate for it. Working on building a community for all of us ADHDers is a huge priority of mine.
