About
Members at all levels of an organization must be active and qualified advocates of equity, diversity and inclusion to ensure a healthy climate and culture. Each of our customized sessions helps you develop skills to become champions of diversity, leaders for inclusivity and co-conspirators for change. You’ll learn to recognize the uniqueness and multidimensional aspects of individual identity, understand biases on a deeper level, and explore behaviors that promote trust. You will also gain knowledge and tools to help you foster a thriving culture that promotes these values. We will help you apply what you learn as Accountability Partners, to ensure commitment towards the actions that are necessary for your community to dismantle and disrupt systemic, institutional and structural racism.
As BTP Accountability Partners, we will consult, mentor, and coach in an effort to help you keep your commitment for the betterment of our community. Accountability means answering or accounting for your actions and results. Your probability of achieving something depends on being specific and committed.
“Accountability breeds response-ability.” — Stephen Covey
