I don’t believe in the status quo. I believe you should be your own advocate, superhero and strength.

I also believe that we should never stop learning and asking questions and demanding better for ourselves.

That is why I believe in having enough knowledge to protect yourself, your family, your children, in all possible ways.

I teach self defense, firearms and also advocate for safer personal care products. There are just some things in life you cannot unsee or un-know. I share everything I have learned as I learn it to help people make better decisions for themselves.
