I'm Luka, mommy of a little lovely hurricane and Personal Trainer here in England.

I gained 25kg during pregnancy and today I reached my ideal weight. I want to be able to help by encouraging women / mothers to also reach their goals and most importantly, feel good!🌻

A little more about me ...

I am 35 years old (until the day I wrote this🤭) I am married and I live in England with my two loves.
I am Personal Trainer and atm studying to become a Yoga Teacher as well.

I have a strong desire to encourage women, especially mothers, because I know how difficult it is to return to active life or even to start being active after we are blessed by God with a gift so great that it is our son.
So I want to help / encourage you to release ENDORPHINE !! ⚡️
