Working in the wedding industry is amazing and so rewarding, but it’s also very peculiar, and requires you to have a very specific set of skills unlike any other related creative industry. Because of that, we thought there was a gaping podcast-shaped hole in the business support that was on offer for the wider industry in general; and so, the Business Proposal was born. As well as this, we also wanted to combat the sometimes loneliness of self-employment, whilst providing something of real, tangible use. The episodes are informal, friendly and approachable; like chatting to your self-employed pals in a café, trying to tackle all the big topics with a big cuppa tea.
