Hi,
I’m Jannat, an 18 year old self taught baker.
I’d love to share my recipes with you guys here and I hope y’all try them out and enjoy them :)

Ingredients & Method :

Sift together
2 1/2 cups of flour
1tbsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
Then Add 1 cup of Choco chips to it
In a separate bowl add 1 cup of powdered sugar
1/4cup of melted butter
1/4cup of cooking oil
1tsp of vanilla Essense
1cup of yogurt
Mix well
Add 2eggs
Add your dry ingredients to it and mix it (do not use a whisk)
Cover the mixture with a cling film and refrigerate for about 30mins
Pour the batter in your muffin/cupcake tin
Bake at 218°C for 5mins and then Switch the temperature to 190°C for 10-15mins
Serve warm and enjoy!!!

Jelly squares

For the base:
185g melted butter
250g crushed biscuits
Mix the two and make a nice layer on your 7inch square it in
For the middle:
2tbs gelatin
1/2cup boiling water
195g sweetened condensed milk
2tbs of lemon juice
Let it sit and set in the fridge for about 30mins or until it’s set only then add your jelly
For the top:
2 packets of strawberry jelly/ your desired flavour of jelly
2cups of boiling water
2tbsp gelatin
Let it sit and set in the fridge for about 4hours or until set
Cut into small squares and enjoy :)
