• RECURRING CLEANING •
At BW Cleaning, we understand that you have specific cleaning needs and concerns. You may not want us to clean your home office or perhaps you want us to clean your basement per request. We’ll take the time to understand your maid service needs and create a customized plan to address each of your concerns.
We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly scheduling.

• ONE TIME • MOVE IN/OUT •
Special event coming up? Or looking for a spring cleaning? We will get your home looking and a smelling fantastic in no time.
Moving? We understand how moving can be a stressful time in your life. Lots of loose ends to tie up. Cleaning shouldn’t be part it. Whether you’re looking for a quick-clean, or deep-clean (landlord approved). Our cleaning technicians take pride in their cleaning.

• POST CONSTRUCTION •
New construction is a messy business. There’s an impressive amount of dust. There are smudges and stickers all over your new windows and appliances. And those new floors need to be cleaned , waxed and buffed.

Not every cleaning service can handle post-construction cleaning. There are unique methods and safety requirements. You need a team who knows the in’s and out’s!

• RENTAL CLEANING •
We know the process can have short times frames, and some tenants can be messy. Our cleaning technicians will have your rental shining bright, and cleaned throughly for the next tenants.

• OFFICE BUILDINGS •
Employees work better in a tidy, healthy, and clean environment. We will keep the bathrooms, break room, and floors clean throughout.

Desks can be a bit tricky. We don’t want to rearrange paperwork resulting in displaced paperwork. We ask for the employees to tidy up their desks for the cleaning technicians to clean the desk top.

We will empty all the trash bins and replace the bags. If you have a bin for recycling, let us know which ones are recycling and where to put them.

Recurring Residential Cleaning

In the Kitchen
Our team will often start in this area of your home and will focus on your counters, cabinets, floors, back splashes, appliances, dishwasher, refrigerators, stove, oven exteriors, faucets, sinks, and more.
*Interior of refrigerator, oven, microwave are per request and will require extra time.

In you Bathroom(s):
As one of the dirtiest parts of the house, we give a lot of attention to the bathroom(s). While there, we clean basins, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, faucets, counters, mirrors, towel racks, cabinets, baseboards, and floors.
*Tile grout scrubbing will be performed on a deep clean or per request,

In you Bedroom(s):
Your bedroom should be your sanctuary! Let our team make it look beautiful. When we visit, we will make your bed, clean tables, lamps, furniture, and more!
*Changing sheets will be per request, and laid out for us.

In your Living Areas:
We will clean all furniture, dusting, and vacuum / sweep readily accessible floors.
*Heavy knickknack areas will be individually on a deep cleaning.
Vacuuming and polishing furniture will be on deep clean or per request.

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and answering all questions in a timely matter.

• How do I reschedule a cleaning?

Simply give us a call, preferably 24 hours in advance, and we will get you rescheduled. Keep in mind, there also may be times when weather makes it unsafe for us to travel and carry equipment and supplies to your home. Driveways and sidewalks must be cleared and accessible. Holidays may also necessitate a schedule change. Your understanding and cooperation in rescheduling is greatly appreciated.

• I have an alarm system. What do I do on days my house is cleaned?

If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.

• What if I want to tip my cleaners?

Are you happy with your clean and want to show appreciation to your team? Tipping is a great way to do so. Tips may be left at the time of the clean. Tips are not required.

• What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, if you’re ever unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, we’ll return within 48 hours and re-clean it (on us!).
