The circle is a safe and supportive space where participants can feel seen, heard, and validated in their experiences and challenges, while also receiving guidance and support from other women. Throughout the circle, participants are encouraged to listen deeply, share authentically, and practice empathy and compassion towards themselves and others.

The circle is led by myself as I create
a structured and intentional space, perfectly curated based on the wishes of the host.

As your pregnancy progresses, Reiki adapts to the changing needs of your body, offering comfort and alleviating common discomforts. During birth, the calming presence of Reiki can guide you through a more centered and present birthing experience. In the postpartum period, Reiki serves as a restorative balm, aiding in recovery and emotional well-being. During each postpartum visit I will care for you mentally, emotionally, and physically so you can care for your baby. This includes watching the baby while you take a bath, shower, or rest; offering support with feeding and infant care; spending time with older children; and assisting with light house cleaning such as dishes and laundry. A list of local resources is also available if needed.

Birth Story Documentary includes capturing all of the details, intimate moments, and transformations as your Birth Story unfolds! This is emotion, power and magic! The waves of contractions will come and go, and I will capture you in your power… because it’s you; your contractions are you, bringing your baby, one at a time into your arms. Moments of connection to those around you, with anxious children awaiting a new sibling and trailing their hands in the birth pool water, with your partner and the look of pure amazement and a hint of uncertainty in their eyes as they witness your transformation, the moments you bring baby up to your chest and get that first hug and a kiss. All of the emotions! Early labour excitement, focused determinations of active labour, respiration mixed with renewed power of transition and the rush that comes with the meeting between you and your baby.

Postpartum Documentary is raw and unfiltered. Your babe is born, and so are you - reborn. You’ve entered the labyrinth, walked to the centre and collected your baby. Now you must turn around and begin the ceremonial walk, around and around the labyrinth, back out. This is the energetic death of your old self, transformation, and rebirth! I capture all of those little details of baby, your grown family, siblings, and you… but it’s more then that: it’s golden milk dripping while a hungry babe nurses noisily at the other breast. It’s siblings holding baby’s hand at their first bath in the sink, it’s tending to a new big brother while nursing, or passing a squawling newborn to your partner while in your mesh undies! I capture it all. Postpartum.

My camera is my Time Machine…. Step inside and let me take you back…Rewinding to hushed voices, dreamy music, connecting with your partner before the next wave. Film takes you back to the first time you lay eyes on your baby, hear that first cry, and soak them in for a moment. Photos freeze time and moments to look back and remember upon. But film; film helps you relive those moments over and over again.
