I find myself very emotional as I reflect on my health and wellness journey! When I started working with my coach 5 months ago, my self esteem and confidence was at an all time low. I was a 54 menopausal woman who was at her heaviest weight since her 4th pregnancy.
I couldn’t stand to even look at myself in the mirror much less stand on a scale. I was beyond depressed and defeated because no matter what I tried, nothing was working. From day one, Stephanie took her time with me.
