WHAT SHOULD I WEAR & BRING?
Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in - running shorts and a t-shirt, leggings and a tank top, a fuzzy adult onesie. Prepare a clean space for your practice and bring a water bottle. Props such as a yoga mat, strap, and yoga blocks are optional, but may improve your practice.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK A PRACTICE?
After booking a practice time via Calendly, a confirmation page will pop up to solidify your reservation. Reminders will be sent in anticipation of your upcoming practice. If you have any questions or concerns about your practice, please contact caitdunhunt@gmail.com.
HOW LONG IS CLASS?
All practices last 40 minutes. If you would like to request a different length of time to practice, please contact caitdunhunt@gmail.com
HOW DO I PAY?
Payment is due at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the session via Venmo to @caitiethered. Pricing is listed on the previous page and included in your Calendly link as well.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Emergency and unforeseen circumstances are understandable, please communicate as needed. A $5.00 fee will be added to sessions that start five or more minutes later than scheduled due to late arrival.
