My wellness journey started a little over ten years ago. I was hypoglycemic and discovered that I could manage my symptoms through diet. That lead into a love of exercise, and then about four years ago after a family cancer diagnosis, essential oils!
I didn’t know anything about essential oils other than they would serve as a candle replacement. Once I got my starter kit, which at the time came with 11 essential oils all with a different purpose, I began to discover how powerful they were and how incredibly beneficial they are for the human body. I then started discovering that YL had so much more than essential oils. They had the most amazing supplements, cleaning products, skin care, everything. YL quickly became the missing link in the healthy lifestyle I had been desiring.
