Hi, my name is Elli Hodge and I am the face behind capturing heart. Supporting and empowering women through their child bearing years and taking photos that exude love, touch and feeling are what make my heart beat. I am a stay at home mother of 7 and my husband slays trees for a living. We live in a tiny little 3 bedroom house on .75 acres. Homeschooling, chasing chickens and trying to grow veggies is our everyday right now. I collect coffee mugs and listen to the same music I have listened to for at least 10 years. Lol. I am an enneagram 6 and am guarded but loyal to a fault. I love hard and am a good listener.

Hi beautiful mamas ! My name is Sierra Paris and I am the owner of my in home massage practice Sukha Spa and Massage. I am a licensed Massage Therapist and a certified Neuromuscular Therapist. I have been in this business for almost 4 years and it has since become my passion to cater to women throughout their pregnancy, births, and postpartum experience. I believe every woman should have the luxury of getting monthly/weekly massages during the (sometimes uncomfortable) time of pregnancy, during your birthing time, and that fourth trimester. My goal is to offer comfort and community for mamas !

•My at home prenatal massage entails a 1 hour Swedish massage in the side lying position supported with pillows. Hot stones are incorporated with a lavender/eucalyptus oil, warm towels, and hot packs.

•Birth massage entails everything a prenatal does but in the comfort of your own home or birthing space. Contact me throughout any time in your labor and I will bring my massage supplies to you !

•Postpartum massage is a regular 1 hour Swedish massage !

-Prenatal massage price if booking through Elli with doula package: $50 (regularly $60)
