Food entrepreneur, seaweed enthusiast, dietitian 👌🏻
I have been a private practice dietitian for 10 years before becoming a food entrepreneur developing seaweed products, @algseaweed. Recently, I also became a mum to Charlie Dumpling. I hold a role as an Associate Lecturer teaching the next generation of nutrition professionals and I love it!
My hobby is farmers market hopping, cooking and styling to make food look and taste scrumptious! I also take photos of them and for other companies as a freelancer.
They all sound like ‘work’ but all my ‘work’ stem from my love of food so they don’t actually feel like work to me. I am so grateful to have such a diversity of ‘work’ that I get to do, everyday.
