About Me
I’m a mom of 2 girls, and work full-time in Human Resources. I started coaching to keep myself accountable and very quickly fell in love with it. I’m here to share my journey and my passion for this healthy and sustainable lifestyle, and to help struggling moms feel confident and make themselves a priority. I’ve discovered that I am a better wife, mother, friend when I’m feeling my best and I want you to know that you can too!
My Story
I struggled for YEARS to find balance. I worked out to eat whatever I wanted. I was so self-conscious… I didn’t own a pair of shorts and refused to wear tank tops without something to cover my arms. I weighed myself obsessively and counted calories with a spreadsheet.
In 2008, I was in a car accident that left me with 3 shattered vertebrae. They repaired it through bone grafts, pins and rods and I was lucky enough to walk away… well, eventually. It took years for me to get over that experience - from rebuilding the muscles in my back and core, to getting over the anger of my circumstances, to a second surgery… Now I’m finally in a place where I am grateful for it. I broke my back and I WALKED AWAY.
After having my daughters, I suffered from postpartum depression and hit the lowest point in my life. I was numb and empty, despite the joys in my life. I want to give my girls the world and I knew I couldn’t do that if I wasn’t present. Something HAD to change.
What I Do
My life changed when I started prioritizing myself, and now I’m helping others like you do the same.
I know health isn’t one-size-fits-all and we all have different needs. For me, getting healthy wasn’t just about the physical results, it was essential for my mental health. I’ll help you identify your goals and work with you to achieve them.
I offer 1:1 coaching, support, and community. I also host accountability groups where you will meet the most supportive group of women to encourage you throughout your journey.
