I’m a movement professional from the Philippines, and I teach various exercise modalities. I am educated in Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Postpartum, and Kids Yoga. I also hold a Personal Trainer certification from the American Council of Exercise, with a specialization in Women’s Fitness under the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I have been teaching since 2016. My teaching experience includes studio, private, and corporate classes both in-person and online. I have also led webinars and workshops.
My classes are grounded on contemporary exercise science and
yoga philosophy. I offer private group and one-on-one sessions.
