Welcome to California Coast Luxury Picnic/Events. Let us take care of your intimate picnic experience without the hassle of planning, setting up, cleaning and everything in between. Whether it’s a Birthday, photo shoot, proposal, brunch, anniversary, or a relaxing day out. All you have to do is show up ready to unwind. .

We also offer a champagne cart & can customize it into a dessert/candy cart for your event. Swipe left for more details. We do indoor room decor as well. Celebrating all occasions. Book your stay in Napa Valley, Sonoma, Bay Area, Sac & we can surprise your significant other by decorating the room with rose petals, balloons, floral arrangement, chocolate strawberries, cake, champagne, the list goes on.

THINGS TO KNOW WHEN BOOKING.

Reminder for those who booked their event with us please be mindful and arrive on time. We plan our days accordingly.

Please do not leave any event unattended. You are fully responsible for the whole duration of the event. Also note any stains, rips or missing items will be charged a 25 dollar fee. If you need to leave early please message us 30 minutes prior.

There is a 50 percent non refundable deposit fee to reserve your date. The final payment is due 72 hours prior to your event. If it rains the day of your picnic please have a backup plan. We will accommodate you for the next date available if needed. Thank you in advance!
