I am a Certified Ayurvedic Consultant, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga & Mindfulness teacher, Reiki and Emotion Code practitioner, Movement Initiator and lifelong learner!

My coaching revolves around using Ayurveda subtle balancing tools like lifestyle changes, mindset work, meditation, creating new habits using mantra, lifting blockages with emotion code, affirmations, visualization, music, color and gem therapy, aromatherapy & movement practices that fit each individual constitution or nature.
