SEEKING ALLAH, FINDING JESUS (Nabeel Qureshi)

A compelling read that opened my eyes to the love of God and the strength of my own Christian faith, alongside the courage of Muslims who decide to become Christian. Nabeel talks about his journey in finding Jesus after having been a devout Muslim since birth. He does a deep dive into the history and reliability of the Qur-an against the Holy Bible before arriving to the Truth. I have no words for how incredible this read is and was. Remember to read the foreword, introductions and all of the extra paages as it will help you really understand the entirety lf Nabeel's life altering journey.

KLAUS (2019)

Never too early for Christmas! THIS retelling of the infamous Santa Claus from the North Pole is the most ingenious story I have ever witnessed in my entire life.

*NO SPOILERS THIS TIME. GO WATCH IT!*

Especially during a season where many (if not all) animated stories fall under the same retelling of the same old classics with the same 3D animated style. However, with Klaus, get ready to be drawn in by movie magic once more. The 2D drawing is beautiful and truly reminds us why 3D, though advanced, does not compare with the good ol' flat screen colors brought to life.

My inspiration. They embody what I hope to one day achieve. What they build and offer to the world is not just their music, but their hearts, their soul and most importantly, their family (the band). Everyone is so passionate about their craft that when the entire band is on-stage performing, it is electrifying and infectious! They are true musicians and masters of their art. As I embark on this journey to further understand my faith, I came across this wonderful podcast called "Pints With Aquinas" hosted by Matt Frad. I highly recommend it, even if you're not Christian because the stories and interviews on there are so insightful and physical and it truly reminds us all about the beauty of human existence amongst the chaos of the fallen world.
