What sets me apart from other lenders??? I have been a professional Mortgage Lender for 14 years. In this time frame, I have successfully helped over 1200 homeowners with their financing needs. Therefore, I have extensive knowledge in all loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo and creative financing.

I think the difference between a mediocre loan officer and a mortgage professional is in the details. It is the small yet simple tasks that I still pride myself in that distinctly set me apart from the rest.

I love what I do! I remember what it was like to purchase my first home, and now I get to play a crucial part in someone buying their dream home. It is simply amazing and I’m blessed to be able to help others accomplish their dream of homeownership.

I can simplify a complex process! I tend to stay away from mortgage jargon and use real understandable terminology. Obtaining a mortgage and going through the financing process are not difficult to understand once you have someone explain it to you the right way.

I answer my phone! It is important for you to know that you can reach me or my team members if you have questions or concerns. My goal is to answer 95% of my calls and to return voicemails in less than an hour.

I consistently give updates! You will always know where we are in the process of your financing and what steps will be taken next. I like to work a couple of steps ahead to circumvent issues that may arise.

I am honest and tell it to you straight! I will give you accurate and honest information so that you can make educated decisions about your financing. I don’t and won’t fudge numbers, and I don’t overcharge my clients or give them higher than market rates.

I am a true professional! I am always up to date with the latest guideline changes and attend industry-leading seminars and classes. This factor alone has helped me save deals that other lenders couldn’t get done.

My #1 goal is for all of my clients to be so happy with my services that they refer me to their family and friends. In order to accomplish this, I always give the highest level of service possible, do things the right way and have a lot of fun in the process.

I was born in San Francisco to a Navy Veteran and my Mom. I am the youngest of 2 children. I moved to Texas from California to attend TCU a long time ago, fell in love with the city and never left. My kids (twins no less!) are a source of great pride to me; My son is a senior at Texas A&M and my daughter is a Graduate Student at Kings College London (also a TCU Horned Frog Alum). Fort Worth is our home, I know it well and is the greatest real estate market in Texas!
