My name is Deirdre and I bake to make you happy.

Like most, my love for baking started at a young age while watching my mum Mabel bake delicious Sunday pineapple pies and my job was to place the custard on top for that sweet taste.

When Covid19 hit, my family would frequent the Votcity Flea market where mum would sell her plants&pies , my older sisters their jewelery&juice and I decided to bake cookies&cinnamon rolls.

My sister's always ask me to bake cinnamon rolls and if your siblings love it then it's a sign right?! haha

And so our classic cinnamon roll journey began....
