The beginning of my health journey in 2017 -> Now

Where it all began

In February of 2017 I had taken my son to his swimming lesson- picture above left side. My husband got a few pictures and sent them to me later that evening.

I knew I wasn’t my pre-baby weight but this image shocked me. I knew I wanted to feel better and started to keep my eyes open to options.

Fast forward to April and I start drinking ketones.

Fast forward to consistently doing that every day - twice a day- and you see the picture above on the right… this was September 2017.

For me the fat loss happened.

What else you ask?!?
✨I had energy
✨I had focus
✨I wasn’t forgetful anymore
✨I had renewed confidence

Part 2

I kept up with Ketones twice a day, along with water and electrolytes. I was full of energy and went to the gym often.

We were not perfect at eat ketogenic, but we did make “best choices” and enjoyed lots of healthy fats.
