Tips that will help you with your fanpage:
Be active .
Post 2-5 times a day.
Use different hashtags.
Dont always send your videos to people.
Be kind .
If you use gaintrains u will gain followers but no actives.
Dont always change your theme.
Dont like your own videos.
Be active on other peoples account and they will be on yours.
