Prequel:
Effect:sweet
all on 0% but blur
on 50%
Filter teal 70%
And then do this:
Exposure:50/30%
Contrast:5%
Hightlight:50/30%
Shadows:100%
Colourtone:
filter coogee
Vont:
Add your own text but font I use I download from dafont.com there will be link!
After text againg but coogee in colourtone
