Go on app called colourtone select your video go tap on white dot and press red one and saturation on 80+ and export the video.Go on another app called prequel tap on effects and press the effecy dust the filter is on 0%.Tap on filters and press filter named lagoon. Go in adjusts tap on, contrast is on -50% highlight on -20% shadows on +100% sharpen +95% and blur on +100% and then export the video.
