David was a former college and professional athlete and has a transition himself sport performance at fitness industry. He has  trained many of the top  youth and high school athletes in the area.  his expertise also includes semi professional athletes, and and NFL Pre-Draft Training.

Functional Movement Screening

FMS

The FMS is a tool used to identify asymmetries which results in functional movement deficiencies. The FMS  aims to identify  imbalances in mobility and stability during seven fundamental movement patterns. These movement patterns are designed to provide observable performance of basic local motor, manipulative and stabilizing movements by placing an individual in extreme positions where weaknesses and balances become a noticeable, if appropriate mobility and motor control is not utilize. Once these deficiencies have been  identified during FMS, a program with corrective exercises is then developed with a goal of preventing musculoskeletal injuries.

The  FMS consist of seven movement patterns that consist of mobility and stability. The seven mover patterns are scored from 0 to 3 points, with the sum creating a score rating from 0 to 21.

Charter School Training

This training is for Sports Specific and Physical Fitness. The program includes the following. - functional movement training -agility - strength and conditioning -sport specific training -speed training
-Zoom Classes Available

 Ages 9-12trying to focus will be agility, balance, and stability,  foot work and body weight Strengthening

Ages 10-14 training focus will be foot work, mobility conditioning,  plyometrics, and functional movement  pattern, strength training

 Ages 10 to 14: training, focus will be functional training, sport specific training, mobility, flexibility, strength, and conditioning.

Monday : 8:30-12p 1p-2:30p
Tuesday : 8:30a-12p 1p-2:30p
Wednesday: 8:30a-12p 1p-2:30p
Thursday : 8:30a-12p 1p-2:30
 Friday : 10a-12p 1p-2:30p
All training sessions are appointment based

Functional movement training is all about training “movements”. Lengthening and activating the correct muscles to enhance better movement.

Functional training will improve your athleticism. Whole body strength, stability, and movement quality will be greatly enhance.  It will also prevent or minimize injury. All in all this would help transfer to better athletic performance.

Functional training, his purpose driven training, but also fun and varied and will keep you engaged.
It works your whole body out by favoring  multi-joint exercises, building strength and muscle in a functional and balanced way.
Because of this, it’s sustainable and will have you seeing improvements over the long haul.

NFL Pre -Draft Training

Our training consist of athletes from all over the country. To ensure the highest rate of success we limit our pre-draft training program to a small number to be able to give the full attention to each athlete.

This program is a 8 to 9 week program consists of 6 days a week of training, with up to two sessions per day. We are a results driven facility that requires a execution,focus and trust. The combine tests training is the main priority of the program. Athletes are provided with the exact technical breakdown for all combine tests and drilled over and over throughout the duration of the program until they are confident in their mastery over every test.

The Preparation cannot be average when the opportunity requires you to be great
