With over 19 years of experience in both the front and back if the house, Chef Shanel always looks to provide her clients and students with memorable food experiences. Her cooking style is versatile, Chef Shanel specializes in customizing menus to fit the occasion and can prepare a variety of dishes ranging from internationally influenced meals to upscale comfort food, she bakes too!
Chef Shanel is a native of Buffalo New York and credits her style of cooking to being exposed to various types of cuisine whil growing up.
