CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
Ingredients...
1. Cocoa powder
2. Sliced banana
3. Milk
4. Vanilla essance
a. Slice bananas and freeze till frozen.
b. In a blender add frozen bananas and cocoa powder.
c. Then add a little milk and vanilla essance.
d. Blend till combined.
e. Sprinkle almonds and Chopped chocolate.
Freeze again till completely frozen or how you like it.

PITA ONION SALAD
Ingredients....
1. Chopped danya
2. Chopped tomatoe
3. Chopped onion
4. Chopped cucumber
5. Vinegar
6. Salt
a. Place Chopped onion in a straighner, Sprinkle salt over it and rub. Set aside for 1 to 2 minutes.
b. Then rinse off onions and place in a bowl.
c. Add Chopped tomatoes and danya
d. Sprinkle vinegar and mix well.
e. Add Chopped cucumber lastly
Enjoy on pita's 🥙🌯🥗
CREAM CHEESE MUSSEL SAUCE
Ingredients....
1. 1 tub cream cheese (250grms)
2. 1 Tablespoons butter
3. 2 heaped Tablespoons garlic
4. 2 teaspoons Seafood spice (spice Mecca). Taste if it's enough for you.
5. Salt
6. Ground pepper
7. 3 to 4 Tablespoons milk.
8. Parsley
9. Sprinkle Lemon juice
a. In a nonstick pan place butter, garlic and melt.
b. Add in cream cheese and milk, mix well..
c. Add in salt, pepper, seafood spice and lemon juice.
d. Mix till combined and if u want it more runny add milk.
e. In a pot place rinsed mussels in Boiling water and a dash of vinegar. Boil for 5 minutes. Then rinse off when done and place in sauce.
g. Sprinkle fresh Parsley (mix well).
Serve with garlic bread, seafood rice and fish.

TOASTED JALAPEÑO SALSA

TAYSTEE WHEAT SOJI
Ingredients....
1. 115grms butter
2. 1 or 2 cinnomon sticks
3. 4 to 5 cardomom /elachi
4. 1 cup taystee wheat
5. 2 cups Boiling water
6. 1 cup of Sugar
7. Fine elachi (cardomom) or crushed
a. In a pot add butter and spices and melt.
b. Then add taystee wheat and simir on low heat till slightly toasted.
Toss around for about 3 to 5 Mints.
c. Add in Boiling water a cup at a time and stir it well for few seconds till slightly thick.
d. Add in sugar lastly and stir well.
e. Add in fine elachi powder (cardomom) or crushed.
Enjoy anytime 🌾
CREAMY JALAPENO DIP
Ingredients....
1. 2 to 3 blended Jalapeño
2. Plain yogurt or Sour cream or cream cheese.Which ever one u prefer 250ml
3. Heaped Tablespoon Danya
4. 1 teaspoon Salt
5. 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
6. Ground pepper
7. 1 Tablespoon olive oil
8. 1 teaspoon garlic
a. Give the Jalapeno a quick fry to activate flavour.
a. In a blender place plain yogurt or Sour cream which ever you prefer. (small tub) and add jalapeño.
b. Add a heaped Tablespoon of Chopped danya, olive oil and garlic.
c. Add lemon juice, salt and ground pepper.
d. Blend it fine.
Enjoy as chip dip 🍵
FRIED JALAPENO STEAK

JALAPENO SAUCE
Ingredients....
1. 3 to 4 Tablespoons Mayo
2. 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
3. 2 to 3 Chopped Jalapeño or blended fine
4. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
5. 1/2 teaspoon ground Pepper
6. 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
7. 1 teaspoon olive oil.
8. 1 teaspoon tomatoe sauce
9. Sprinkle of chili powder
a. Firstly chop up Jalapeno or grind it fine which ever u prefer. (Chunks or fine).
Fry the Chopped Jalapeño in a tiny little oil to activate the flavour.
b. Add Mayo to a bowl and Jalapeño.
c. Then add salt and pepper to your liking.
d. Lastly add in lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and tomatoe sauce.
Mix well.
Enjoy this sauce on burgers, pizza, fries, tacos and as a tarter sauce for seafood.🍔 🍟🍕🌭

Method
Recommendation #1
CLASSIC SOFT DOUGHNUTS
a. Mix all your dry ingredients in a bowl.
b. Add in melted butter, egg, oil, milk & warm water.
c. Use an electric beater with a dough hook for 3 Mints. (till soft dough).
d. Oil a bowl & pat oil on the dough, cover it with cling & a cloth.
e. Pre heat your oven till warm .Then Put your oven off and place the dough in the oven to rise.
f. Let it rise for an hour.
g. Powder surface with flour and roll the dough out about 1 to 1 1/2 cm thick or whatever size you prefer.
h. Cut doughnut shapes with a cup or the size u desire & set aside on a table.
Cover it with cling and a cloth for about 30 Mints or more for it to rise . (Don't press)
i. Ready to fry in oil on medium temperature. Fry till light golden brown.
SUGAR SYRUP
1. 2 cups Sugar
2. 1 to 1 1/2 cups water
3. In a pot boil till sticky
4. Dip doughnuts for 2 Mints

KOREAN STYLE CHICKEN STRIPS
a. Dip your Chicken in dry flour Mix then in the wet flour mix.
b. Then dip again in dry flour Mix .
c. Fry on medium heat till light golden, if u run out of flour mix just add some more flour In ur dry flour mixture.
Once the chicken is fried, drizzle your Spicy Korean Style sauce or brush lightly over the Chicken & enjoy. 🍗

KOREAN STYLE SAUCE
a. Heat up oil & butter in a pan then add garlic and ginger. Fry for 3 minute.
b. Then add in all your sauces besides honey & fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
c. Add in all spices, herbs and seseme seeds.
D. Stir till combined for about 2 minutes on low to medium heat must not boil.
*You don't have to use all your sauce, can be stored in the fridge.
*Some people also prefer dipping chicken into the sauce.
*Pour over Korean Style chicken.

Recommendation # 4
EASY ROTI
a. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, flour, salt and sugar.
b. Add in egg, milk, slight melted butter, water and mix well with an electric beater with a dough hook till combined.
Then kneed for 3 minutes.
c. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface and slice in strips.
D. Roll each end of the strip of dough in opposite sides (looks like an S). Then put one side on top of the other. Helps to oil ur hands abit when doing this step.
e. Place on a oiled plate and pat the dough with oil and cover with cling.
Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
F. Then roll out dough on a cleaned surface. (no flour)
g. Fry roti on medium heat one by one.
h. Don't forget your melted butter & oil mixture while frying (brush over) .
Enjoy them with your traditional curry or get creative as Roti wraps. 🌯

LEMON LAMB ROAST
a. In a bowl Place your Lamb, garlic, ginger, fine pepper & ground pepper (coat well).
b. In a separate bowl put in the juice of fresh lemon, 3 Tablespoons Oil, 2 to 3 Tablespoons Oreganum, salt &, crushed chili. Preheat oven to 205 degrees.
c. Slice one onion in 4 and add it to your dish. Then add in spiced meat to the dish. Cover with foil and place in oven for 45 minutes.
D. Reduce heat to 190 degrees and add in your potatoes patting it with the greasy oil mixture in the dish. Cover again with foil for 1 hour.
e. After 30 Minutes in the oven, pat potatoes & meat once again with greasy mixture in the dish. Cover again for the remaining 30 Minutes.
F. Then remove foil once potatoes are soft, turn on grill setting for 3 to 5 Minute. (let it brown abit)
If your potatoes was still abit hard when checking it, leave in the oven for another 5 minutes without the foil (before turning on grill setting).
When your Lamb is complete and soft remove from oven and pat the marinade on meat.
Place the foil back on to keep it moist.
Adding carrots is optional

SPUR STYLE CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE
a. In a pan brown your onions with oil and butter.
b. Once your onions are browned add in sliced mushrooms and garlic. Allow to fry till the mushrooms are soaked.
c. In a mug put in 1 heaped Tablespoon of Maizena and milk then stir.
d. Add your Maizena mixture into your pan and stir till your sauce is thick.
e. Then add in salt and ground pepper.
*garlic is optional
🍄Enjoy this tasty spur style Mushroom Sauce on steak, burgers, fries and pizza.

HUGE HAMBURGER ROLLS
1. In a bowl put 1/2 cup Flour, yeast & one cup of very warm water & Whisk then let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. Add in melted butter, sugar, 1 egg & salt. (Whisk)
3. Then add the rest of the flour in your wet ingredients.
4. mix the dough with a dough hook & beat with an electric beater.
5. Knead dough with mixer for 6 minutes until the dough is soft and abit sticky, not 2 wet.
6. Oil a bowl and place dough in it and pat a little oil on the dough. Cover dough with cling and a cloth.
7. Pre heat oven for 2 Mints just so it's placed in a warm area. Turn the oven off and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
8. Remove dough from bowl and measure what size hamburger you want make balls and pat down slightly to get your round shape. If making mini rolls make smaller balls basically any size you want. But remember smaller sizes bake faster than huge rolls.
9. Place on a baking sheet. (Sprinkle a pinch of flour on them and cover with cling lightly don't press them.)set aside for 45 Mints to 1 hour.
10. If you are happy with the size of your dough go ahead and lightly brush on your milk egg mixture & Sprinkle seseme seeds.
11. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees & bake for 16 Mints. This is for 8 huge Hamburger buns.
12. If you making smaller rolls 12 minutes.
Enjoy making huge Hamburger sized rolls or mini cocktail rolls. 🍔

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
a. In a bowl put in white sugar, brown sugar & melted butter(let it cool before adding).
b. In a mug mix egg, vanilla essence & salt. Then add it in sugar mixture and Whisk lightly till combined.
c. Add in flour & baking soda bit by bit.
d. Lastly add in chocolate chips of your liking or chopped up chocolate.
e. You can add extra 1/4 cup flour if your dough is 2 sticky.
f. Make balls and place on a baking tray lined with lunch wrap paper.
g. Add extra Chocolate chips on top of cookie dough balls. (optional)
*Bake at 180 degrees for 12 to 16 minutes

FLUFFY GARLIC NAAN BREAD
This is a thick garlic naan bread recipe.

a. In a bowl put in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar & mix.
b. Add in lemon juice, oil and warm milk. Use an electric beater with the dough hook & beat till you have a soft dough.
c. Evenly divide the dough into balls & roll out. (the size thickness u want).
d. In a mug Mix on melted butter and oil with some crushed garlic & dry parsley .
e. Fry then coat with butter mixture just before it is done frying.

NANDO'S STYLE CHICKEN
a. In a bowl place cleaned chicken & season with spices.
b. Then add chicken to the pan (non stick pan) of hot oil and let it fry on low to medium heat until chicken is cooked through. (pot lid on) about 15 minutes. (Stove setting 4)
c. Remember to stir chicken every 2 minutes.
d. After 15 minutes remove the lid.
d. Remove half of the oil & turn up your heat and brown your chicken till slightly browned. (stove setting 6)
e. Slice chicken open to make sure its done before you start browning it more.
f. Remove from pan and brush on your nando's Sauce.

OCEAN BASKET STYLE GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
a. Add butter to a sauce pot and melt.
b. Add in garlic
c. Then add in fresh cream and spices.
d. Add in lemon juice and stir till combined.
e. Lastly add in Maizena and whisk.
f. Do not boil. Oven plate setting 3 or 4.
g. Let it simir till combined.
h. The butter will start separating from the sauce which is normal, you can add a small amount of milk to the sauce, heat up quick on the stove before you serve and put on the fish.
i. Or you can add straight onto your fish when it's done.
j. Sprinkle fresh Parsley on top.

GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES
a. Grind your oats fine in a blender till it resembles a flour.
b. Place oat flour in a bowl.
c. Add cinnomon, salt and baking powder to the flour (mix).
d. In your blender add milk, egg, Banana's and vanilla essance.
e. Add in flour mix to the blender and mix it all together.
f. Pour in a pan and Sprinkle chocolate
g. Fry in a non stick pan (no oil). Medium heat.
There is no sugar in this recipe so it's an all healthy pancake..
Enjoy with golden syrup or honey
