I’m Chelcie Bennett a certified birth doula and postpartum care support professional.

As a birth doula it is my job to help mothers and their families have an empowering birth and postpartum experience. I am so very passionate about women and helping to encourage them to advocate their needs during child birth. I became a trained Doula in July 2023 & am certified with LifeSpan Doulas as of August 2024. I attended my postpartum training in December 2023. I am apart of the Christian Doulas of Michigan network and the on call Doula for New Beginnings Mercy House in Ida Michigan . I have big dreams to help many families in this heart-work field.

My doula package is designed to provide support before, during, and after childbirth. It includes one to two prenatal appointments , text/phone and email availability throughout pregnancy, support during labor and birth, and up to two postpartum visits. My birth packages start at $700. I provide postpartum night care for $25 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours per night. I am a registered Michigan Medicaid specialist & I am on the MDHHS registry for 2024 .

I can also provide community based resources if needed for food , transportation, help with Medicaid or how to get Wic.

I live in the Metro Detroit area. I service surrounding areas including but not limited to Ann Arbor, Canton, Saline, Monroe, Westland and Wayne.
