This website is something i decided to start on a while ago. I have always been the type of person who wants to live a healthier and happier lifestyle, but always had an issue with where to start and, once i do, how to stick to it.
However , after months of struggling to stick to my goals and actually trying to achieve them, i finally figured it out.
The key to my own success and the control over my life I've been trying to find for ages.
This is something i want to share with everyone, so they too can have the knowledge i now had and start off on the right path from the beginning.

It's important to know where you're going
Here are a few important questions you need to keep in mind when figuring that out:
▪What is your goal?
Is it to improve on your appearance, eat healthier, be happier, be more focused on your job or academics, or live a better life? And most importantly why is this your goal, what is the motivation behind it?
▪Where do you see yourself in the next year?
Now this is something lots of people have trouble answering, myself included. I've always been the type of person to just "see where life takes me" ,but i recently discovered that sometimes having an end goal , or just atleast an idea of where you want to be or what you want to do, is the best way to get your life where you want it.
▪How do you want to accomplish things for yourself?
This goes very well with the previous question. The reason therefore is because having an idea of where you want to go means you have to have a way of getting there. And this is the "how". The reality is, you can set all the goals in the world for yourself, but if you don't write down how you plan on achieving them, they'll just become dreams you never really tried to chase.
These are all the types of questions you should be asking yourself and ones that i want to help you get the answers to.
You are what you eat
Nutrition has a big impact on the way you feel about yourself.
Right now you're probably thinking "how in the world does food impact my feelings about myself?"
Well then let me explain.
This is something that I've learned from experience, eating oily,fatty or sweet things all the time tend to make me feel sick or nauseous after a while. But the minute i eat something that's actually good for me or have a proper balanced meal i feel better.
And when i say balanced meal i don't mean you should become a complete sugar-hater or only eat salads all the time.
Just know how much of what you should be feeding your body.
Another great thing to consider adding to your diet or daily meal plan, would be some good, natural nutrition supplements. Now I'm not saying that you have to go out of your way looking for some miracle in a bottle that's going to make you feel good about yourself. However, taking a look at the different types of nutritional products there are out there is a start on the right road.
Personally I have used nutritional products as well, in fact i still do and it really does help with my diet. These products are good for anybody, whether you're trying to lose weight, gain weight or just maintain it, they are the best to use.

Keeping a clean house is important, but clearing your mind of all the clutter from time to time helps a great deal.
Call it a mental detox if you want, all that matters is it helps.

Good nutrition is key.
So the hardest thing about starting your journey to a healthier lifestyle isn't the exercise, but the food.
With so many extremely delicious junk food and fast food making everything convenient, it's really hard to start eating healthy and actually stick to it.
That is why i am going to use today's blog post to share my go to meal and their recipe with you guys. I'll try to post at least one every week.
So how about we make eating healthy something to look forward to?
#1 A simple salad
It's the easiest thing to make and the ingredients are things you can find at any store.
《Ingredients 》
▪lettuce
▪cucumber
▪cocktail tomatoes
▪avocado
▪red onion
▪croutons
▪salt, pepper & sweet chili sauce, to add some extra flavor
All you have to do now is chop everything up, add the spices and the sauce and you're good to go.
