On Swann

Contemporary feel with American fusion delicacies! I tried the grapefruit rosemary bellini and the everything ahi tuna bagel…soooo good. Love that this place is close to the water and also incredible service!

Braud & Co

I decided to go to Iceland with my sister for our joint birthdays and one of the MAIN REASONS..I wanted to go to Iceland was for the food. Which some might think, interesting…not the blue lagoon? The blue lagoon is spectacular but I want to touch on the pastries. This place is world renowned and the croissant wheels are fluffy and lights while still crispy and delicious on the inside. Get there early as they will sell out by 10am!

Iceland Food Tour

Going to Iceland was definitely bucket list! I wanted to see the scenery but also enjoy the freshest water in the world and try some of the most yummy delicacies. Did you know the water is so clean that you can literally drink out of a bathroom sink and have the same water as is bottled in store?! No PFAS and forever chemicals here! The smoked lamb and Skyr on this tour were incredible! I would go back in a heart beat!

The BEST pizza I’ve had in my life!!!

I love pizza. It’s probably my favorite food. And this did NOT disappoint. The gooey cheese on the crispy crust with the banana sauce…so so so good. I think I ate the whole thing

Johnny Yurts!

I had never stayed in a Yurt before this was sooo much fun. I loved the glamping feel while also feeling primitive. There was fresh coffee but the heat was real…mostly “centralized air” coming from the tent paneling. It kept it cool at night and breezy during the day. There was a natural hot tub outside and town was a 2-3 miles drive with cute coffee shops and stores. I loved this beautiful place!
